Do you think you will win the league? Is your game on the 13th?

ha great arguement love it, but roger has to stay if the club goes anywhere that is the whole point of this thread so stop arguing about it and just everyone get behind roger and get him back.

I think Roger should stay, but he has to accept responsibility for the teams’ poor performance, learn from it and build on it. He's shown a lot of faith in the players and has been rewarded by some, but disappointed by others. Unfortunately he is the one who has allowed some of the players to let him down, repeatedly, what manager in any league would or should stand for that? In my opinion it shows a lack of respect from the players which he must address. He got us promoted last season which was outstanding, but neither he nor the club can live on that success forever. If he does decide to stay he should give himself a few months to show he can get the right players with the right attitudes into Godalming shirts and then start winning some matches. If he can’t and we aren’t being successful ……then he should resign.

great to see so much passion for our team. just to put my side of the debate if we had a bigger player budget for this season we would not be in this situation. there are certain players and staff who have not supported the club as we and roger have supported them ,shame on them, i at first hand have seen the time and effort our manager has put in practicly 24/7 at little or no cost to the club he is a full time manager on no money FACT. we will be worse off if he leaves hopefully he will clear this up asap . anyway we have recieved a cv from sam allardyce !!! who is he, i think i have spent to long with the burgers lol

I know you are talking about how Bolton play. And that is route one. Which is exactly how Godalming play (bar the fact that with Bolton it is effective). And I know you think Roger will turn it around, you have said it many a time.
