Just to prevent my driving round Surrey for hours, can I confirm that we're playing Bagshot at Fleet Spurs and not at Fleet itself, and kicking off at 7.30?
Prediction 1-2 (to the Gs)

Showing on the Bagshot Pitchero Site it says, Club to ground share at Fleet Town FC.
I will agree that I have seen something in the past regarding playing at Kennels Lane which as you know is Fleet Spurs.

To All,
The Combined Counties league WEB site has the match venue as Fleet Town kick off 19:30.
Looks like our WEB site has gone down at present. Hopefully will be fixed soon.

I've given up predicting 'Towns' results so I'm now taking the old amateur attitude 'IT'S NOT THE WINNING THAT MATTERS,IT'S THE TAKING PART'!

Yeah, kick up the slope in the first half then pound them down hill in the second. Coxy should know where all the lumps and bumps lie on the pitch.
An optimistic 3- 0 Gees

Not quite a must win but we definitely don’t want to lose and fall further behind them. Obviously hope for a win up think we’ll get a 2-2 draw.

I am not going to be able to make it tonight. If someone could throw a few words together, preferably having seen the match, that would be great.
Will try to catch up with match reports.

Think I am definitely cracking up. Thought someone said the Gs won 5 - 0!
Clearly Andrew and I are a jynx.
Well done to the whole squad and particularly to Les and his team who have put so much into it this season.
Great performance.

Apologies Graham, but I didn’t take any detailed notes on the match, but generally Gs played with pace and purpose and, probably most satisfying, bucket loads of commitment.
Jordan’s goal was rarely threatened, whilst Godalming pressed and inevitably went ahead with a penalty (hotly contested by Bagshot) which Coxy tucked away nicely.
Interesting thing about penalties and the modern game. I reckon that if a full back produced a handgun, popped a couple in the striker’s chest and finished off with one to the head, there would still be a vociferous protest from all the defenders that in no way was that a penalty.
Dare one say it, but once the second goal went in, there was no chance that we were in any trouble.
Having Jordan Bird return to left back gave the defence the stability it needed and the leadership it had been lacking. Jack Howard was immense and we can only hope that the injury that resulted in him being piggy-backed by Les to the dressing room after the final whistle, doesn’t keep him side-lined for long.
We’ve all been saying (including various management choices) that there would soon be a time when it would all come together and some unfortunate team would get a spanking.
Well last night in front of around 40 lucky punters, the prophecy finally came true.
Bovril status: Fleet has demolished its tea bar after it was vandalised and the sticky stuff left staining the exposed concrete base looks a lot like Bovril.
