It is sad to see very few tributes to Roger on your message board, have you forgot where your club stood 8 years ago when he became your manager ?
Roger is a good manager and a great guy, you will struggle to maintain his standards you are not a big enough club to have great success at non league level 4 as last season surely showed you, success can only come if a money man takes over.
I wish you luck but fear for your future.
