I was lucky enough to get a letter published in today's "Sun"
BOYCOTT It has been suggested that one of the actions that could be taken would be to boycott the forthcoming World Cup.
That's a joke, could we really expect all those Blazer Types at the FA to forgo their junket and freebies filled trip!
I'm sure lots of fellow football followers will agree with my sentiments.

Good stuff Dave, although I'm struggling with the concept of 'lucky' and 'The Sun' in the same sentence.
Personally, I can't believe that whether to attend the Finals in Russia will ever be an FA decision, as your Blazer Boys have no real say on a policy decision as important as this and will merely act as a rubber stamp for the Government (as it happens, I don't think the decision is such a big deal anyway, as, judging by England's past performances, we'll be home by lunchtime).
Of course the tabloids will blow hard about a potential boycott as it is good sabre-rattling news and they can appear to offer a 'balanced' (I mean xenophobic) view, but they don't really mean it. The overwhelming pressure to go will come from their obscenely rich parents and cousins in TV who have invested countless millions on providing blanket coverage and expect gut-busting buckets of revenue back from the consequent advertising ...and they really do have influence in high places all over the World.
Therefore, unless something new and dramatic happens in the next few weeks, it's logical to suggest that the only sure-fire way for the boycott lobby to succeed, is to make the issue personal and poke Rupert Murdoch in the leg with a poisoned umbrella.

Nice one shots, wouldn’t like to be an Arsenal supporter going to Russia.

I don't think we need to worry about not going to the world cup, I've heard we will boycott after the group stages and then go home.

The current 27 man squad is appalling. Southgate picking 4keepers as he’s bottling the decision to drop Hart completely, Jake Livermore! I’ve seen better on the hallowed turf of Wey Court. Glad he’s. dropped the likes of Smalling and Cahill though and given youth the chance in defence though, midfield is very uninspiring.

I hear West Ham have brought Joe Hart a washing machine to give him a chance of at least one clean sheet.
