Tony's website predicted that we would end up in the Southern League last year too! It really depends on how things shake up at the end of the season - who comes up, who goes down, who gets reprieved from relegation, who volunteers to switch leagues, etc etc etc etc....
I think we would struggle financially in the Southern League and it is something the club would probably want to avoid! The increased travelling (especially for midweek games) would be a nightmare and gates would fall as fewer away fans would travel.
It's a bit of a worry but lets concentrate on staying out of the relegation places in the Ryman League first!!!
Tough game on Saturday. Saw Met Police beat Guildford City 4-2 last night in the Surrey Senior Cup. The Plod could have been 5-0 up after 15 minutes. They looked like quite a physical side.
