I saw advertised several days ago on the Haslemere Community Notice Board there is to be an end of season game against Portsmouth Legends. I believe it was at the end of May.
I find it very strange that I've looked through and can see no mention of this on any club media sights (unless it's hidden in Facebook). Advertising and free advertising on your sites costs nothing and you never know what benefits can come forth.
Whilst on here I'll ask this question again as it got a negative answer previously. FACEBOOK, I'm choose not to be a member just the same as loads of others. It means that I can read information that club's publish but cannot respond which is fair enough. Please tell me and others now why is Godalming Town's Facebook still set up so that you can only view by logging in and not with no "not now". Don't you want to tell viewers about the club, maybe encouraging people to come along.
The club now appears to have a progressive manager who is happy to talk and explain the pros and cons with supporters, something that has been cried out for I don't know how long. Why now does the club still hide their Facebook so that only members of F/B can view or are we still part retaining the secret society?
COYG's open up.

An excellent post Shottermiller, I find Facebook nigh on impossible to navigate, I appreciate this might sound a bit old fashioned but I usually get a few mail shots per year from Saga holidays and on a couple of occasions have booked holidays with them. Indeed last year we had a lovely 6 days in Oban, with views over the bay. Perhaps the club could consider a couple of mail shots, although thought would need to be given to font size and perhaps a Braille version for any refs that might be secret supporters.
