After another defeat on saturday i was stil optimistic of our survival but did anyone else notice a heated exchange between James Mariner and Liam Grier?
Other players had to pull the two apart and am unsure if this behaviour is beneficial for our fight for survival?
Anyone with any more views or insights?

I too noticed the disagreement between these players, but i would argue this shows thier obvious frustration and commitment to want to get the club out of the situation that we unfortunately find ourselves in.
I would prefer this reaction, to one where the players merely shrug thier shoulders and accept defeat. Would you rather the two players concerned were laughing and joking as the second goal went in?
At the end of the day it was just a heated arguement, and the players were clearly chatting normally at the final whistle, and its clear, as with all football matters, what happens on the pitch stays on the pitch.
Football is a passionate game, just look at the arguement between Fergie and his captain Neville in Lens the other week!
I felt this is a good sign that this team still has the passion to get out of the relgation battle we are in. It shows that Mariner and Grier have the bottle for the fight to the end of the season! Fingers crossed it will be the opposition at the Met Police on the end of the agression on Tuesday and we get the 3 points we really need!
Lets see more passion lads!! Come on the Gees!!

On saturday went to Brentford v Scunthorpe,, thoroughly enjoyable and cost £5. It gets a bit tiresome singing everygame with no challenge from opposition fans (except the odd game). It isnt a case of sing when winning,,, we came to everygame up to a few weeks ago. However we will come back for some coming fixtures. Is there a coach to Dover?

That`s not like a real game where you know the players. and can have a drink with them in the bar after! and who will eat Les`s chips if the shed-end don`t come.

it is a 'real' game! it has a greater atmosphere, but no don't know the players, or can't have a drink with them after the game! Don't do that anyway at Godalming, but i see your point of view.
