Its a shame about yesterday as I enjoyed visiting godalming on the opening day of the season .there are some horrible dirty teams in this league and I did not have godalming down as one of them.Your manager does not do your clubs image good either.

1- We are not thugs. I've watched pretty much every Godalming game this season and we did not play any differently against you than in any other game. We hadn't picked up nine yellows in the last five game, including totle challenging teams like Didcot. I think we can both agree that the referee was very poor and used his yellow cards far more than was neccessary.

2- How much of an advantage do you need to beat us? You had a three goal lead at our place and yesterday you had a man advantage. Just face it, you cannot beat us. Farnborough do not have the right to be awarded three points against every side like Godalming. You have to earn it

3- If we kicked you off the park, then how come you had no players taken off for injury? Also you only used one sub which was a tactical change.

4- You have to get used to it. Imagine yourselves being Man Utd or Chelsea (which for your egos shouldn't be too hard) and us being any lower half premiership team. We will try to annoy, frustrate, anger you all game because thats how we can get points off you. It happens everywhere and i imagine has probably happened a couple of times in your recent games.

5- Please dont hold your opinions against the club as a whole. If you came down in August then you will have seen that we are a friendly, respectful club that means no harm to its opponents and promotes a fair game.

6- You complain against our manager, yet it was yours that got sent to the stands!!!!

7- And just to rub it in a bit more.

Presumably the plan was that Godalming didn't try to win the ball off us, didn't try to rattle us, and instead just rolled over and let us win by 5 or 6? A few teams have come to Cherrywood Road this season, gone 2-0 down, and have given up from there - credit to Godalming for working out our weaknesses and outplaying us for a fair chunk of the game. In our Conference days (okay, that was technically a totally different club, but still) we'd have gone to the so called big clubs and done much the same thing.

Not sure where the godalming tactics game from, I don't recall them playing like that in the previous league encounter, , it's just the awful disipline of the players in this game that causes concerns, the G's manager should really sort them out because I can see more and more suspensions for them if he doesn't.

I spoke to one of Godalming's supporters in the bar after the game and he said that things have become seriously more physical under Martini and he was worried about what lengths he'd go to to win games.

'Boardmeister" - I don't think you could have been speaking to a Godalming supporter! Every Godalming fan I know is delighted with how we are playing at the moment. Our unbeaten run speaks for itself. Of course you need to be physical in this league - if we didn't stick up for ourselves we would lose every game. The difference was the fact that the referee blew his whistle and booked players for things that most ordinary (and competent) referee would let go. It just seems like certain people are using it as an excuse for not being able to beat a much smaller club.

Anyway, it's over now. Gosport next Saturday. Can't make it tonight.

apart from the 2 you had sent off you should have had two more walk as well. The guy in the first half who assaulted our keeper and the lunatic in the second who's two footed lunge could have broken Evans legs.

Fair play for the point, you deserve credit for that, and even more credit for coming back from 2 down but do football a favour and turn the aggression into possession and beat teams by playing football properly. I have no issue with your tactics but these lads all have jobs to go to, families to feed and to have their legs broken or cruciates snapped for the sake of £50.00 PW is a bit harsh
